Homemade Macaroni and Chesse, the ultimate comfort food! A delishious blend of cheese's mixed together for a very rich and satisfying meal!
Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cups Medium Chedder Cheese
1 cup Extra Sharp Chedder Cheese-split in half
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper-really brings out the flavor of the cheese!
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greese a 9x11 casserole dish with 1/2 tbs of butter.
Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
Grade all cheese and leave 1/2cup of the Extra sharp cheese to the side, mix the rest of the cheese.
Once macaroni is cooked and drained pour in the greased casserole dish.
Melt 2 tbs of butter and pour over the macaroni, add seasonings and mix throughly.
Add all the mixed cheese and mix throughout the macaroni evenly.
Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of Extra Sharp Chedder Cheese on top-add more if needed
Cube the rest of the butter and evenly place on top of the cheese.
Pour milk on top and sprinkle with desired amount of paprika on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min and serve.
