There is nothing better than cheesey potatoes! This recipe is so easy and delicious you will scrape your dish clean!
While my hunny was outside grillng some pork chops I thought I would do some trial and error in the kitchen. I am tired of the same mashed potatoes or rice as a side dish so I thought I would try and make some scalloped potatoes. I havent eaten scalloped potatoes in years, and the ones out of the box are just not pleasing and filled with chemicals! So basicly I took my macaroni and cheese recipe, made a cheese sauce and added potatoes! No onions or any other fancy ingredients, this recipe is kid friendly and easy to make.
